For proper installation: 

•  The side labeled #unplugyourhands should always face upward when inserting your phone into the case 
•  The hook should align with the same side as your iPhone camera
•  The two dents on the back are designed to provide maximum stability and grip

•  Make sure it is properly positioned before use
