All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  •  Orders are processed Monday through Friday 
  •  Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day 

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using the selected shipping method.

Express Shipping (FedEx)

  • Cost: $24.90 
  • Estimated delivery time: 3–4 business days 

🌍 International Shipping

Standard International Shipping

  • Cost: $18.90 
  • Estimated delivery time: 6–11 business days 

Please note that international delivery times may vary depending on customs and local postal services.

3. Shipping Time Disclaimer

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

  •  Carrier delays 
  •  Weather conditions 
  •  Customs processing (for international orders) 
  •  High-demand periods or holidays 

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  •  We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer 
  •  If an order is returned due to address issues, additional shipping fees may apply 

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Bonibi Case is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

If you experience an issue:

  •  Please contact the shipping carrier directly 
  •  You may also contact us, and we will do our best to assist you 

7. International Duties & Taxes

For international orders:

  •  Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
  •  These charges are determined by your country’s customs office 

Bonibi Case is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

8. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to:

  •  United States 
  •  Select international destinations 

If your country is not available at checkout, we currently do not ship to that location.
