Refund Policy

At Bonibi Case, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a return option under the conditions outlined below.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  •  The item must be unused and in resellable condition
  •  The item must be returned in its original packaging
  •  The product must show no signs of wear, damage, or modification

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee.

This fee covers:

  •  Inspection and quality control 
  •  Repackaging and handling 
  •  Operational processing costs 

The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  •  We do not provide prepaid return labels 
  •  Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

5. How to Start a Return

Please include:

  •  Your order number 
  •  Reason for return 
  •  Any relevant photos (if applicable) 

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  •  You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your return 
  •  If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days
  •  The refund will be issued to your original payment method 

Please note:
 The 50% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  •  Items that are used, damaged, or not in resellable condition
  •  Items returned after the 30-day return window
  •  Any customized or personalized products (if applicable in future) 

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  •  Your order number 
  •  Photos of the item and packaging 

We will evaluate the issue and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund without restocking fees.

9. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, please:

  1.  Return the original item (if eligible) 
  2.  Place a new order
