7. EU/EEA Consumers — 14-Day Withdrawal Right
If you are a consumer residing in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods, in addition to any return rights under our Refund & Returns Policy.
How to exercise: Notify us of your decision to withdraw by sending a clear statement to support@bonibicase.com or through our contact form before the 14-day period expires. You must then return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Effects of withdrawal: We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (but excluding supplementary costs if you chose a more expensive delivery method), within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been personalized or custom-made according to your specifications, such as phone cases featuring custom artwork, text, or configuration options you selected at the time of order.
